Cavity Wall Lintels

The Duty Range

For each cavity wall construction we cover in our traditional galvanised range, we have up to 8 standard lintels to cover applications for standard & short spans through to heavy duty & long spans.

We offer four main types of galvanised lintel as described below;

SC

SC Style lintels

(Standard duty)

These Lintels cover the majority of cavity wall applications, are economic and easy to install and are available with a wide range of options including custom dimensions.
MC

MC & HC Style lintels

(Medium & heavy duty)

These Lintels are designed for applications where there is more load on the inner, such as supporting floor or roof loads, or for longer spans, and available with a range of options.
EAL6

EAL6 lintels

(Heavy duty)

These Lintels are constructed around a standard 230x90 PFC structural steel inner, allowing for masonry infill in the back. The structural PFC can carry heavy loads and support longer spans.
HD4

HD4 lintels

(Long spans, heavy duty)

This extra deep lintel style allows for longer spans with minimal deflection and is specially designed to install in standard masonry coursing.

It is also available with all the standard.
